Returns and Exchanges

Here at Save the Last Pinker, we want you to be completely satisfied with every piece that you purchase from our shop.  We understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us, and we aim to make this process as easy and hassle free as possible.  Our returns policy has been constructed to comply with the relevant consumer rights and retailer obligations as set out under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

As all of the items on our site are meticulously hand crafted, there may be slight differences, markings and inclusions on all stones, metals and finishings – this is one of the many joys of owning a lovingly hand made, unique and individual piece.  Please read the product description carefully prior to purchase; we endeavour to describe each item as accurately as possible.  Plating will tarnish and wear over time or through contact with perfume, water and cosmetics, and semi-precious stones can break easily if handled incorrectly or dropped. Save The Last Pinker does not accept returns on general wear and tear, misuse or poor handling of products.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Save The Last Pinker when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product Is faulty or of unacceptable quality; does not match the description or sample; is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do); and is not delivered within a reasonable time frame.

If a product is faulty, please contact us on as soon as the fault becomes apparent.   All faulty items must be returned to us in a timely manner, in original packaging and will be subjected to a quality examination to determine the cause of the fault.  If the product is deemed faulty through quality or manufacturing, a repair or replacement will then be issued – please note some items may need to be sent back to the designer, and subsequent delays may occur. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, Save The Last Pinker will provide a full refund, less original delivery charges.  If the fault is deemed to have arose from general wear + tear or poor handling, Save The Last Pinker is not liable to offer a refund, credit or alternate product.

Save The Last Pinker will cover all return postage costs for faulty items – including international orders.

To return a faulty item, please email with ‘Faulty Item’ as the subject, and include your name, phone number and details of the fault, including any images that you may have. Save The Last Pinker will then issue you with a return postage bag so you can return the faulty product to us, free of charge. Please ensure your item is packed safely + securely and that you retain any tracking details; Save The Last Pinker is not liable for any further damage or losses occurring during return transit.

Save The Last Pinker will also return and exchange all full priced items (for health and safety reasons we are unable to offer return or exchange on all earrings) from within 7 days of the purchase date for domestic orders; providing the item is unworn and the ‘Save The Last Pinker’ tag is attached to the piece.

Save The Last Pinker will not offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

Save The Last Pinker will not cover any return postage costs for change of mind items.

Save The Last Pinker will not consider requests for change of mind transactions outside the specified time frame as above, or if the product tags are not attached to the item.

To return a change of mind item, please email within the specified time period with ‘Change of Mind’ as the subject, and include your name, phone number and details of your request. Save The Last Pinker will then organise the best method of return shipping with you, at your own cost. Please ensure your item is packed securely to protect it from any damage in transit and be sure to retain your shipping information for tracking purposes, to ensure the package arrives safely at our head office.  Save The Last Pinker is not liable for any items damaged or losses during return transit.
