Payment, Shipping and Delivery

Save the Last Pinker is proud to offer you an exceptional level of customer service.  For all queries, concerns and issues regards any aspect of your order, including payment and delivery, please email sales@savethelastpinker.com.au, and one of our friendly support team will get back to you as soon as they possibly can.

Currently Save the Last Pinker only offers Paypal as the one method of payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, you are still able to pay using your credit card as you would a normal transaction through the Paypal gateway, without having to set up a Paypal account. Simply select the ‘pay with a Credit Card’ option in the Paypal checkout. Save the Last Pinker does not accept direct deposit, cheques, money orders or any other form of payment at this point in time.

Note that all prices listed on Save the Last Pinker are shown in Australian Dollar currency (AUD), and are GST inclusive.

Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be immediately sent to your email address. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on sales@savethelastpinker.com.au. Save the Last Pinker endeavors to dispatch your order within 24 hours.   Orders placed over the weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.  In the unlikely case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to organise an alternate product or replacement, or, if one is not available, we will refund your total sale amount including postage and taxes.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking email, which will allow you to view the progress of your order.

Australia-wide postage charge is one flat rate per order: registered express post ($10 AUD flat rate inc. GST), and is sent via Australia Post.  This option require a signature for delivery, and cannot be left at a specified address.  If the delivery is unable to be signed for by the addressee, it will be dropped at your closest Australia Post outlet for collection at a later date. Your delivery is able to be tracked online; relevant tracking information will be supplied in your ‘order shipped’ confirmation email. All Australian packages are shipped via Australia Post, with express post taking 1-3 days.  Please note these timings are estimates only and Save the Last Pinker will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any external delivery delays.  Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of order, as once despatched we are unable to re-direct packages.

Free shipping applies to all Australian orders over $200 AUD.

Unfortunately Save The Last Pinker is unable to offer international shipping at this time.

If you have made an error with your delivery address, please contact us immediately at sales@savethelastpinker.com.au. If your package has already been dispatched, Save the Last Pinker takes no responsibility for incorrect address details, and subsequent loss of goods.

If there are foreseen delays to your order, one of the STLP team will be in contact with you as soon as possible via email. Please ensure your email details are correct at the time of checkout.  If you believe you have entered your email in error, please contact sales@savethelastpinker.com.au.

Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes from Save the Last Pinker to you upon delivery at your specified address.
